An outright donation by check is a common way to support EMC’s Scholarship Fund. Send a personal check, Donor Advised Fund or Family Foundation check made payable to the EMC to:

Donate Stock or Securities

As a 501(c)3, EMC is able to accept your tax deductible generous gift of stock or securities.

Make a bigger impact by donating long-term appreciated securities, including stock, bonds, and mutual funds, directly to the EMC. By donating stock that has appreciated for more than a year, you are actually giving 20 percent more than if you sold the stock and then made a cash donation. The reason is simple: avoiding capital gains taxes.
